This social isolation thing is asking a lot of our imaginations – kids and adults alike. Bake these with your favourite toppings.
Muffin Recipe (makes 12 x 116g muffins)
From your pack, you will need:
280g Edible Oil (from your kitchen, canola is best as its nice and light)
280g Free range eggs
200g water
Muffin dry mix (all)
Method.
Set the oven to around 175*C
Mix all the ingredients until smooth for about 2 minutes. If you want, throw in any flavour you have in the kitchen i.e. jam or choc buttons.
Place the white patty pans into a muffin mould tray (hopefully you have one) and drop in 116 g of batter inside each patty pan. Garnish the top with anything else, like more choc buttons, frozen berries or oats.
Bake for around 30 mins. Test with a skewer in the centre making sure they’re cooked through.
Damn that was easy!
